New Year

(in case it's too small, you can't read it, the cat-Mooch- is saying to the dog-Earl- 'It's just you and me,pal" and then you see all of the animals underneath.)
Ok! For New Year's, everyone's New Year's Resolution should be to be more GREEN!
I am....I will finally remember to turn OFF the computer when I'm done, not sleep, etc.
here are some ideas:
  • I will turn off the water when i brush my teeth
  • I will turn the light off when I sleep
  • I will not fall asleep in front of the TV
  • I will recycle all of my junk mail...etc.
  • I will buy more organic stuff or organic food.
  • I will buy a hybrid car.
  • I will excersize once a week by biking to the grocery store.
  • I will jog to my friend's house, which is just around the corner, instead of driving
....etc.

Please, help the world.....

And also...I want to add how much joy an adopted dog is...or cats....or rabbits...you know.
I got my dog from the poodle animal shelter, and he's only part poodle. He's a poodle terrier.
Ollie is terrorfied of the cleaning lady, needs braces pronto, barks like crazy at the mailman, and is the best dog in the world. I added the photo to the top, on accident.

Saving Dogs.... Because they are CUTE!!!

Hello!
Sooo.......
You might be thinking Lola why in the name of pete should I adopt a dog when my neighbor down the street all ready has some for sale?
It's great if you know someone with puppies for sale but, think about it. Millions of dog lovers all across the globe would prefer to get a puppy over any other age of a dog so all of the dogs you see at shelters  are left without homes.
I adopted my dog after she gave birth to 3 puppies but sadly none of them survived. My dog is really really REALLY cute and we found her at a shelter for pregnant dogs.
Even though she wasn't a puppy I still got to train her since she had been a stray before and didn't know how to sit, and stay. When you adopt a dog you can get all of the benefits of adopting a puppy plus the knowledge of knowing you saved an animal in need.

Which is good.
